great location helpful staff private visit
The location is really great. Everything is within walking distance!!! the staff were very understanding and helpful. i really appreciate being left alone to get on with my visit.
I had to drag my case up two flights of stairs. It was a slight inconvenience.

friendly staff central location daily housekeeping
the staff are super friendly! the location is central, a HUGE plus for getting around. my room included daily housekeeping, keeping everything sparkling clean. the on-site bar had good value prices, a pleasant surprise after a long day.
the room took a little while to heat up.

The staff were helpful. The location is GOOD for local venues.
I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs. Everything looked OLD and dated. The room lock was a challenge to manage, as it used an old key.

helpful staff lovely room comfortable bed missing bathroom unstable shower slow heating
the staff, they were so helpful with my extra needs! i stayed after surgery, and they helped me. the room was so lovely and it had everything i needed. the bed is the most comfortable i have ever slept in!
i wrongly assumed upgrading to a room with a shower meant getting a bathroom, this wasnt the case. the shower was held onto the wall by prayer, but it did a good job. the room took a long time to heat up!

nice staff daily housekeeping excellent location
i found the staff nice and helpful, a real asset. the hotel was very clean, and housekeeping came daily, which i really appreciate. i thought the location was excellent, so central to everything.

my double room included tea and coffee making facilities, very useful. the tv worked well and offered a good selection of channels. i found the room warm and inviting after a long day.

the check-in process was easy and quick, a big plus for business trips. staff members were always polite and willing to help with directions. they handled my requests promptly and efficiently, this i liked.

the hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and pubs, this i find ideal. parking was free after 5pm on the streets outside. i walked everywhere i needed to go, so convenient.
